We are a Salon on a mission to reduce high rates of unemployment in young people today. We provide training and employment opportunities while also understanding the need for empathy, understanding and care and a focus on a holistic approach to employment. In our salons, people feel safe and secure and will never face judgement; you’ll feel listened to, valued and important. We provide quality services with our friendly staff and trainees, and understand that beauty can help you feel good about yourself.
We are a community interest company investing in the future of young people. Hair is our passion and along with delivering quality hairdressing and beauty services we offer opportunities for young people to study towards an SVQ2 in hairdressing delivering extensive, ongoing education. We understand that young people also need additional support, and that good mental health is important to ensuring a young person stays on track, that’s why in our Hair Salon we provide additional wellbeing services. Our social mission is to support young people who come from disadvantaged backgrounds to gain employment while providing quality hairdressing and feel supported and understood within the process.
